Volunteer with us
Volunteering is a meaningful way to be involved in your community and make a real difference.
Volunteering with us
Without the contribution of volunteers the Brotherhood would not reach the thousands of Victorians we currently assist. The Brotherhood was formed by community members who recognised a need and came together to help others. Today 1200 volunteers support the work of the Brotherhood.
Why volunteer with us
We recognize the contribution of our volunteers with events, services awards and exclusive stories and updates from inside the Brotherhood. Let our volunteers tell you what it’s like to volunteer with the Brotherhood.

Maria, In-home support client
GREAT FEEDBACK WE GET
‘I owe a lot to Alice (Client Advisor) She suggests things such as the Singing for Wellness program and I always say no at first. Then I think on it and realise that she is right, it is good for me to have a break too. I’m a juggler you see, I juggle caring for husband, the gardening, my handcrafted rug and seeing my friends. These lessons make me appreciate my free time’
Alison, In-home support client and carer
