Home Care Package – pricing guide

Brotherhood Aged Care is a not-for-profit Home Care Package provider. We have more than 20 years’ experience supporting older people to remain safe, happy and healthy at home.

This information is intended to aid your decision-making. However, the below pricing is a guide only and does not include supplementary payments for which you may be eligible.

Brotherhood Aged Care offers Comprehensive Care and Flexible Care packages. You can choose between packages and select the level of Case Management support, ‘My Care’, you would like to receive.

The first three months of a Home Care Package with Brotherhood Aged Care is delivered as Comprehensive Care. This provides a period of time for us to get to know you and work with you to create a plan that makes sure your Home Care Package can meet its full potential. After the first three months, you can choose to stay with Comprehensive Care or change to Flexible Care.

Comprehensive Care

Comprehensive Care provides regular contact with your Case Manager. It is designed for people who need, or want, coordinated support to make sure they are well, safe, supported and socially connected. Find out more on the Case Management page.

Flexible Care

Flexible Care is designed for those who only require minimal support with the coordination of services or would prefer to self-manage their plan. Additional case management can be arranged at an hourly rate. Flexible Care offers up to two hours of contact and support from your Case Manager each month.

An administration component, ‘My Essentials’, applies to all packages. My Essentials covers costs related to the infrastructure required to ensure you receive high-quality service.

NOTE Flexible package includes 3 hours a quarter of Case Management hours on Level 1 and 6 hours a quarter on Levels 2-4.
